What we collect

When you ask Vora or send a request: what you tell it, and, to get something done, your name, phone number, ZIP code and address. If you talk or show it on camera, the conversation is handled live; camera frames are not stored. If you use “Help me choose”, also how soon you need help, and which plumbers you skipped or chose. A photo you add there is used to suggest what the problem might be and is not kept.

Who we share it with

One plumber at a time, and only the one who takes your job gets your number. If they can’t take it, we may offer it to one other. Plumbers you skip are never contacted about it. We never sell your details or share them with a list of companies.

How we’re paid

The plumber pays Vora a referral fee for a booked job. You pay nothing to Vora.

Texts and calls

We, or the plumber, may call or text you about your job. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for up to two years so we can handle disputes and remove plumbers who don’t respond. Ask us to delete yours at any time: Ask Vora, or start fresh from Account on this device.

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Photographs and the typefaces are served from this site. Your account lives on this device until sign-in arrives. In this preview, the forms send nothing anywhere.
