Check them yourself
- Get the license number. Ask for the Responsible Master Plumber license number (this company’s is 14776) and search it on tsbpe.texas.gov with the Public License Search.
- Check that it is current, and the insurance date. The register shows both; we read it on 2 Oct 2026.
- Ask to see the license. Texas plumbing license holders must carry their license or registration while doing plumbing, so you can ask to see it.
- Permits. Ask about permits. Texas cities that regulate plumbing must require a permit except for listed minor jobs: repairing leaks and replacing faucets, ballcocks, water control valves, garbage disposals, or toilets.
- Get the price in writing before any work starts.
